He has been the guiding light behind the organization and has played a pivotal role in enabling the Concern to reach its vision apart from spearheading cotton procurement and HR related functions.
Right from its inception, the concern has steadily marched ahead and consequently increased its production capacity to about 3.7 million kilograms of yarn per annum. The concern has never lost focus on maintaining consistent quality and production, which is ably backed by its sophisticated infrastructure facilities. With an ever increasing customer base, both domestic and overseas.
CTM houses 2 independent units, within the same campus. This enables us to manufacture cotton as well as blended yarns in order to take timely advantage of market opportunities. Both the units are equipped with state of the art machineries - right from the blow room upto the final winding and packing. Our machineries include imported Muratec -21C & Schlaforst 338 Autoconers, as well as domestically manufactured LR-6 spinning Frames, Trumac Cards, etc.
Constant expansion and upgradation of our manufacturing facilities gives us an edge when it comes to marketing our products. The campus also has a modern hostel block and staff residences, where trained workers and essential staff operatives are available throughout. We produce about 40% of our annual power requirement through Wind mills located in the southern districts of Tamil Nadu. This way, a significant amount of clean & renewable energy is used in the manufacture of our Yarns & Fabrics.
Since the quality of yarn primarily depends on the quality of cotton, immense efforts are taken to ensure that only cotton of the highest quality is chosen for production. This is achieved by conducting stringent tests at our laboratories in addition to maintaining a good rapport with our cotton suppliers.Quality in each mill is taken care of by the quality assurance department manned by well trained technicians, equipped with advanced testing equipment and also by adopting various control measures based on a well researched and drafted quality plan right from raw material arrival to goods dispatch. Machines fuelled by the latest in technology are equipped with online monitoring systems like auto levelers and yarn clearers to achieve 100% inspection and rectification.Good work practice followed by our dedicated work force also adds to the quality. The instrument available includes Uster Quantum Classimat Tester, MAG Spin Soft Yarn Strength Tester, TPI Tester and others.
The trust and support of the people in reciprocation to the hard work and the quality of the product delivered by us. Our each and every customer is very valuable to us.
